MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

+ Research, advise and support other departments to solve legal issues related to the company’s activities as assigned by Manager

+ Draft, check and ensure the legality of the documents, agreements signed between the company and external partners as assigned by managers;

+ Carry out activities to enhance compliance with the laws and internal regulations of the company;

+ Researching, updating new laws affecting the operation of the company;

+ Carry out other tasks as requested by Manager.

+ Location: TOTO Vietnam Co., LTD – Dong Anh Factory, Lot F1, Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh, Hanoi (company bus available)

+ Competitive salary package depending on your abilities and performance (negotiable)

+ Having health check once a year, 15 days for annual leaves per year

+ Annual bonus twice in a year based on KPI and performance review.

+ Male/Female, under 35 years old

+ University graduated or above, majoring in Laws

+ Having good legal knowledge about the business and manufacturing activities of FDI enterprise

+ At least 1 year working experience at the same position in legislation field (in manufacturing (Japanese) company is an advantage)

+ Having experience of advising and solving the legal issues in labor law

+ Language: (English: good at speaking, writing & researching legal regulations, documents…; Knowing Japanese is an advantage)

+ Promptly and deeply consulting skills on legal issues;

+ Scientifically and efficiently making and controlling individual work plan;

+ Good at presentation, communication and negotiation skills

+ Good organizational & time management skills to work on tight deadlines;

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize workloads;

+ Strong communication skill, good teamwork spirit;

+ Strong sense of responsibility, humanity, hard-working;

+ Logical thinking, quick learning, open-minded and initiative action.
