I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Review the contract and another document arising in Company’s activity (Purchase contract, Leasing contract in template & basic types of contract)
- Process to adjust Business certificate, establishment of Business location, branch, registration for Intellectual property protection & other license (not include Food safety & Liquor/ Alcohol)
- Advise for all departments regarding law and corporate regulation
- Manage legal documents & provide to the relevant departments if being requested
- Coordinate with the department to work with competent state agency
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Legal
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor of law
- At least 1 year of experience in related field (Retail experience is a plus)
- Strong written and reading skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Logical thinking, risk analyzing, problem solving
- Open mindset and quick adaptation.
